The Seventh-day Adventist Yearbook is the world
directory of the denomination. It is published annually, and
contains directory and personnel information about the General
Conference and its international divisions, unions and local
conferences and missions, and related institutions. Institutions
that are managed but are not fully owned and operated by church
entities are not included. The information has been furnished
by the organizations themselves; in cases where current reports
have not been received, the most recent previous records have
been retained or adjusted.
The printed version is available to the general public through
the denomination's Adventist Book Centers in both cloth and
paper bindings. In addition to the directory information,
the Yearbook also contains a brief statistical summary
(see also General Statistics),
the Fundamental Beliefs of Seventh-day Adventists, the Constitution
and Bylaws of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists,
the list of all denominational periodicals, and directories
of institutional and credentialed general workers.
Also available is the Yearbook on Disk, a Windows
(and Windows 95) version of the directory information, with
full-text search capabilities and various filters and finding
aids.
For questions concerning Yearbook accuracy please contact
the Secretariat
office of the relevant division or North American union.
